Philadelphia Film Festival & 2013 Sundance Film Festival - Closer than you think!

Although the Sundance Film Festival is a little over 2,000 miles away from Philadelphia, we’ve got some pretty tight connections to their 2013 line up!

Don Jon’s Addiction – Directorial debut of recent Philly visitor Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
Spectacular Now – Writers, Michael H. Weber and Scott Neustadter also worked together on the PFF18 opening night film (500) Days of Summer. And Neustadter is a UPenn grad!
Breathe In – Director Drake Doremus kicked off PFF20 with his film Like Crazy which also featured guest Felicity Jones.
Prince Avalanche – Actor Paul Rudd was featured in PFF15 opening night film The Ten and Digger which also made it's Philadelphia Premier at PFF15.
Stoker – Director Chan-Wook Park’s film Old Boy was featured in PFF14.
The Way Way Back ­– Jim Rash, Writer/Director of The Way Way back is also the writer of PFF20 closing night feature The Descendants.
Virtually Heroes - Director GJ Echternkamp’s Documentary, Frank and Cindy, was featured in PFF17.
